One on One Specialized Coaching
Your journey begins with an assessment of your current physical, emotional, and mental condition.
We will then design a corrective exercise program to not only address any pain you are experiencing but also focus on the underlying cause of these dysfunctions. The program will enable you to restore optimal health and vitality for long-term benefits.
Initially, we will have you complete a series of questionnaires. These can all be done via our website. After you have completed your questionnaires, we will review them and contact you to set-up a Comprehensive Postural Assessment and Primal Pattern Movement Analysis.
After your assessment, we will design a customized exercise program based on both your assessment and submitted questionnaires. Exercise programs generally consist of corrective stretches and mobilizations along with a resistance training program, depending on your needs. You will receive an easy-to-follow detailed description of your exercise program, including acute variables such as Reps, Sets, Intensity, Tempo and Rest periods. This information along with video clips of each of your exercises will be readily available and easily accessible to view via my website.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group packages consist of 2-4 participants(animals) and is focused around the FUN-CTIONAL MOVEMENTS that allow us to build strength and stability through a full range of motions. FUN-ction means that it applies directly to the required movements of the human body as we perform our regular duties in sport or work place. Small group training is a great way to still get a specialized program while competing with your friends and family as you all strive to reach your goals! Did we mention it's.....FUN?!!!

BoFIT BOOT CAMP
Our BoFIT boot camps are designed to provide a fast-paced, FUN-ctional workout focused around the 7 PRIMAL PATTERN MOVEMENTS that allow us to perform any and every action required by the human body. Our Boot Camp is for those members looking for a good sweat in a fun and friendly group setting!
6-week program @ $180 (Tuesday & Thursday @ 7:30pm)
ONLINE COACHING - $79/month!
Our Online Coaching program consists of an online membership where our clients get a personalized program built for them based on the on line questionnaires that they submit. This program allows us to continually work with our clients that live all over the world! This is a very interactive program that many people choose to keep their exercise program fresh and challenging as they travel or live out of town!
